Kim Cagnazzi
“It Takes a Village” Distinguished Service Award

HACEF has created this award category in recognition of outstanding or long-standing commitment, contributions, and dedication to the Harborfields community.  Each of the recipients will have made a significant and positive impact on our community and made a difference in the lives of our district residents and/or students; or have made meaningful contributions or enriched the quality of life, vitality, health, welfare, success, or diversity of our community.

Kim Cagnazzi moved to Harborfields School District in 1996. Active from the very beginning, she was a Class Representative for one or more of her three children for the next 25 years. She held various PTA executive board positions at OMS, including President, Vice President and Recording Secretary. She was also the Vice President and Recording Secretary for the Harborfields Council of PTAs. In addition, she coordinated the Thomas J. Lahey Yearbook for three years. One memorable role that she and Ellen Rieger shared for four years, was as Chairs of the PTA Council Variety Show.  Though her youngest child graduated this past June, Kim can still be found volunteering her time and talents for Booster Club, Our Lady Queen of Martyrs, and other local non-for-profit organizations.

Include a message of congratulations to Kim or any of our other honorees in the 2019 HACEF Mardi Gras Commemorative Journal.
